This Weeks Spotlight: hot Honey Chicken Sliders
This is such a delicious chicken recipe. first start off by mixing 1 cup buttermilk, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/4 cups of hot sauce, 2 tbsp of Condimento un Blanco, and 2 tbsp of Cajun Inferno. Thats your marinade. Slice chicken breast into slightly thin pieces and pokes hioles in each peace with a fork. toss in the marinade for 4-24 hours.
while you wait mix a 1/4 cup mayo with 1 tbsp hot sauce, this will be spread on the buns.
In a seperate bowl mix 2 cups flour, 2 tbsp corn starch, 1 tbsp of Condimento un Blanco, and 2 tbsp of Cajun Inferno.
Throw your marinated chicken in the flour mix a nd fully coat it. heat oil to areound 350F (medium-high). throw the chicken in for about 7 minutes or until internal temp hits 165F.
Here's where it gets REALLY good. in a saucepan on medium-low add 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup butter, 1-3 tsp of tongue of fire (even 1 tbsp here gets really hot so be careful if you can't handle the heat. add about a half lemon and then toss the chicken in this before eating. If you love the carbs, spread hot mayo on the burger buns, add chicken and ENJOY. (goes really well with canes sauce as well).

I grew up in the first percentile for height and weight. I was small, often made fun of, and felt like I couldn’t keep up with the world around me. My diet was limited to simple foods like quesadillas, and I had no real connection to nutrition or cooking.
That changed when I decided to take control of my health. I started cooking chicken and salmon, then moved on to steak, other types of fish, and eventually more complex dishes like Beef Wellington. As I learned to cook, I also started working out and building businesses. With every step, I felt stronger, more accomplished, and more present in my own life.
Through that journey, I noticed a clear pattern. So many people struggle because of poor sleep, lack of exercise, and low-quality food. It holds them back from their full potential. I created SpiceSmiths to be part of the solution.
I believe that healthy, flavorful food only requires two things: quality spices and the knowledge to use them. This brand exists to provide both. Through my website and social media, I teach people how to cook and offer premium spices sourced from small farms around the world. My mission is to help America, and eventually the world, get healthy again one jar at a time.
